We deliver to UK addresses only – Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We can’t currently deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.

NoMorePly Mega Strength Adhesive

Mega Strength Adhesive has its own delivery charge and isn’t included in the free-over-£100 offer. It’s sold in boxes of 12 and delivered next working day for £15, or free on orders of 100 tubes or more (9 boxes or more).

Order by 12 noon for next day delivery

Next working day orders placed by 12 noon (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, call us on 07378 540630 or email sales@trade-direct.uk and we’ll chase it for you.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return an item

  1. Email sales@trade-direct.uk with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns label and instructions.
  3. Send the item back to: Trade Direct, Unit A, Castle Court, Bodmin Road, Wyken, Coventry CV2 5DB.

Items sent back without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered – we’ll put it right.

Items we can’t accept back

Special orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases, sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
