Ordering & delivery
How quickly will my order arrive?
Order by 12 noon, Monday to Friday with next working day delivery and we’ll dispatch it the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £5.99 and next working day delivery is £20. Delivery is free on orders over £100, including next day.
NoMorePly Mega Strength Adhesive has its own delivery charge and isn’t included in the free-over-£100 offer. It’s sold in boxes of 12 and delivered next working day for £15, or free on orders of 100 tubes or more (9 boxes or more).
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We can’t currently deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
Call us on 07378 540630 or email sales@trade-direct.uk with your order number and we’ll chase the courier for you.
Prices, VAT & payment
Do your prices include VAT?
No, prices on the website are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Trade Direct is VAT registered (VAT No. GB 527 8081 74).
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes. Email sales@trade-direct.uk with your order number and we’ll send you a VAT invoice.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Which brands do you stock?
We stock trusted trade brands including TIMCO, DART, NoMorePly, WD-40, Metolux and Xpert workwear, alongside our own range of fixings and essentials.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email sales@trade-direct.uk to start a return. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us straight away and we’ll put it right.

Who are Trade Direct?
Trade Direct is based at Unit A, Castle Court, Bodmin Road, Wyken, Coventry CV2 5DB. We supply fixings, tools, adhesives and workwear to tradespeople across the UK.
